In keeping to it’s mission to ensure humanity and community development, a renowned charity organisation known as C-SAGAS CHARITY FOUNDATION has flagged off the distribution of education materials to Schools in Ebonyi State. The distribution which is part of the foundation’s back to school initiative witnessed joyous moment among pupils, head teachers, community leaders, women and men at Ikwo local government area as the C-Sagas Charity Foundation kicked off the programme with an initial distribution of writing materials to pupils across various primary schools in Ikwo Local Government Area.
The exercise which was flagged off by Chief Dr. (Mrs) Irene Ugochi Asaga Nwali (Nnediorah mma), the wife of Arch. Chief Christian Asaga Nwali, PhD (Okpata Ozua Oha 1), CEO, C-Sagas Group and founder C-Sagas Charity Foundation, recorded the presence of pupils, headmasters and headmistress from the selected forty community Primary schools in Ikwo local government area.

Other dignitaries who were present during the flag off ceremony were; Dr. Obisi Nweke, Coordinator, C-Sagas Charity Foundation; Hon. Mrs. Margaret Ngozi Igwe, Coordinator, Women and Children Affairs, C-Sagas Charity Foundation; Dr. Archibong Friday, Secretary, Educational and Skills Acquisition Team; Dr Rosemary Ozioma Igwe, Secretary, Women and Children, C-Sagas Charity Foundation; some ward councillors, and among others.
During the event, Dr. Mrs Irene Ugochi Asaga Nwali (Nnediorah mma) used the opportunity to appreciate the roles head teachers are playing in shaping the lives of our children in primary schools in the area, and assured them that the time to reward their hard work is now.
Dr. Mrs. Nwali further encouraged all teachers to continue to support the administration of His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Bldr. Prince Francis Ogbonnaya Nwifuru, Governor Ebonyi State, whom the humanitarian per excellence described as an educational loving Governor. She also emphasized that Governor Nwifuru is an education-loving governor who has graciously granted scholarships at different levels to over one thousand Ebonyians.
While appreciating the kind gestures of Okpata Ozua Oha in supporting the educational development in Ikwo Local Government, Dr. Obisi Nweke, Dr. Friday Archibong, and Hon. Mrs. Margaret Ngozi Igwe, charged the pupils to see education as the only way to destiny accomplishment. They urged them to take their studies very seriously with the aim of achieving academic excellence. The trios further reminded the pupils of the importance of good behaviour in promoting family and society values, assuring them that anyone who lives up to expectations in academic excellence and behaviour will be generously rewarded.
