It was a moment of celebration and reaffirmation of purpose in Abakaliki, the Ebonyi State capital, as the Chairman of C-Sagas Projects and Founder of the C-Sagas Charity Foundation, Arc. Chief Christian Asaga Nwali, PhD, officially commissioned the house of one of his dedicated staff members, Engr. Tochukwu Nwedu, on Sunday, 22 February, 2026.
The event, which brought together family members, staff and management of C-Sagas Projects, members and leadership of the C-Sagas Charity Foundation, as well as friends and well-wishers, highlighted the enduring mission of C-Sagas Projects to empower individuals and foster sustainable growth within the community.
Speaking at the event, Arc. Nwali described the occasion as a moment of gratitude and reflection. He noted that the new residence symbolizes years of disciplined effort, professional integrity, and a steadfast commitment to excellence.
Arc Nwali emphasized that C-Sagas Projects remains deeply committed to creating platforms that enable people to thrive both economically and socially, adding that the company’s vision extends beyond construction and development to building opportunities, nurturing talent, and supporting initiatives that improve quality of life.

“I thank God that we have created opportunities for people to thrive, and I am very happy that people are thriving. At C-Sagas Projects, it is difficult for anyone to work for ten years without owning a house. Today’s event is a testament to that fact,” he stated.
The ceremony featured prayers, goodwill messages, and commendations from guests, many of whom praised the positive impact of C.Sagas Projects not only in job creation and skill development, but also in creating value, inspiring confidence, and opening doors for individuals and communities to achieve their full potential.
As the house-warming drew to a close, Arc. Nwali reaffirmed the resolve of C.Sagas Projects to uphold its core values of commitment, innovation, and service. He congratulated Engr. Tochukwu and his wife for their dedication and hard work, which resulted in the beautiful edifice. He also thanked God for perfecting the project, noting that if God does not build a house, the builders labor in vain.
In his appreciation message, the celebrant , Engr. Tochukwu Nwedu thanked God for his blessings and for the opportunity to come in contact with Arc Chief Christian Asaga Nwali through who God provided the opportunity for him to excel. The also thanked friends and well wishers who honoured him and his family at the twin event of the house warming and dedication of their baby.
