Community Health Registration Board Rates Blessed Martins School of Health Science High in Academics, Facility Development

Community Health Practitioners Registration Board, Abuja has described Blessed Martins International School of Health Science and Technology, Ohatekwe Amagu Ikwo as one of the best School of Health in Nigeria. The Board gave the rating following their recent visit by the Board, Led by Mrs. Omoyele O. O who is the Director, Academic Planning Dap Community Health Institute Abuja. Others are Dr. Yohanna Wamanyi, Deputy Director Community Health Institute Abuja, and Iziogo, Peter Nwede, Zonal Technical Officer, South East, Community Health Practitioners Registration Board Of Nigeria.

The team were received and welcomed at Blessed Martins College of Nursing Sciences Ohatekwe Amagu, Ikwo by the school management led by the school Rector, Dr. Emmanuel O. Okoro. They were taken round the school premises, and the team were amused and satisfied with what they saw at the School, both structures, equipment and quality of teachers.

The team who were comfortable with what they saw on ground, did not hesitate to recommend the institution for approval for accreditation, noting that the infrastructural standard, conducive environment for learning, practical laboratory and well to do management and staff placed the institution above their equals in the country.

The Rector who could not hide his feelings over the rating said he can now testify that Community Health department of Blessed Martins International Institute of Science and Technology Ohatekwe Amagu, Ikwo is fully set for accreditation.

The board representative also lauded the proprietress of the Institute, Chief Mrs. Mary Chinedu Ogah for the great achievement and vision for the school at large. They also thanked the management and staff of the notable institution for their contributions towards the rapid growth of the School.

In the words of the team leader, Mrs. Omoyele O., Director Academic Planning (DAP) Community Health Institute Abuja, “your sense of duty and right judgment have salvaged the department and liberated the entire school”.

She added that by this singular decisive action, the management have not only written the school in the sand of history, but have unknowingly succeeded in making many lecturers and Community Health students potential millionaires.

“Mark my words, even those who may have not been very comfortable with the department will Surely come back and thank the management for making them realize the hidden treasure that the school has missed for some years. May God bless you the school Rector and the entire staff for upholding the truth.

“Our coming today will reassure the students that Community Health department will surely function well with good scholars and full accreditation”.
