The member representing Ikwo/Ezza-South Federal Constituency and Chairman House Committee on Reformatory Institutions National Assembly, Rt. Hon. Chinedu Ogah, has rewarded a music icon, Evan Peter Nwankwo with a cash sum of one million naira and encouraged youths of the Clan to focus more on their talents development to reduce unemployment in the society.
He stated that the performance of Evang. Nwankwo at the event provoked his thoughts, hence, the directive of the holy spirit, to encourage the musician in his special call from God.
The Reps member made the donation at Nwanoyo Stadium, Onuebonyi Echara in Ikwo Local Government Area during the Clan Interdenominational Thanksgiving Service. He congratulated Ikwo Noyo Clan for coming together en mass to appreciate God for his blessings upon the people of the land.
Addressing the Press in an interview, shortly after the event, Reps Ogah who called for peace and unity in Ikwo to guarantee more development and progress in the area, pledged to continue to support talented youths of Ikwo Noyo to excel.
Rt. Hon. Ogah stressed that God has truly used the instrumentality of Rev. Dr Uma Ukpai to perform wonders in Ikwo Noyo, hence the people gathered to thank and appreciate God under his Ministration.
The thanksgiving service witnessed miracles, prophetic declarations, special thanksgiving and music. It had in attendance dignitaries from all walks of life, Ikwo Noyo sons and daughters.
