The Executive Chairman of Ikwo Local Government Area, Hon. Chief Barr Sunday B. Nwankwo has joined Ezza Ezekunna Clan to celebrate the 2025 Okeaku Ezza festival holding today Sunday 13th July, 2025.
Hon. Nwankwo in his goodwill message to his Ezza brothers, described the annual festival as one of the unique cultural identity that should be upheld from generation to generations.
“As our Ezza Ezekunna brother clan celebrate the annual Okeaku festival, I write to congratulate them and remind the people that this cultural event with significance should be positively upheld from generation to generations.
“In celebrating the festival which marks the beginning of another cultural calendar in Ezza Clan, it is my prayer on behalf of the good people of Ikwo Noyo Clan that this year’s event will enhance communal bonds, reinforces deep cultural heritage, and promotes gratitude God for his abundant blessings.
