As part of his empowerment programmes, Senator Kenneth Chukwuemeka Eze representing Ebonyi Central zone at the Nigeria Senate has distributed Laptops to Medical, Law and Engineering Students from Ebonyi Central Zone. He said the gesture was to support the growth of the students education, knowing that they need the laptops to do well in their studies.
Senator Eze who is the Senate Committee Chairman on Information and National Orientation, also distributed thousands of both Text and Exercise Books as well as other writing Materials to Secondary and Primary Schools selected across Ebonyi Central Zone.
At the presentation ceremony held on 1st February, 2025 at his compound in Ezza South LGA, the senator noted that as a Father and Leader, he understood the high cost of living in Nigeria today, hence his decision to assist parents in training of their children. He charged the Beneficiaries to make effective use of educational materials inorder to make him and their Parents proud.
In a related development, distinguished Senator Ken Eze who was recently appointed as the Deputy Chairman of Senate Committee on Southeast Development Commission has secured seven new federal jobs for graduates from his senatorial district.
According to a release by the Senator’s media desk, beneficiaries of the new jobs include Nwoke Sunday Nwoke, Ogodo Obinna Joseph, Iyioku Raphael Iyioku, Okimo Izuchukwu Nneka, Nnanna Victoria Etim and Udoka Imaobong Sunday.
