Democratic Leadership Alliance, DLA Remains Perfect Alternative to APC in 2027 – State Chairman

The Ebonyi State Interim Chairman of one of the newly registered political parties in Nigeria; Democratic Leadership Alliance, Hon. Simon Affiugbo has described the party as the new bride and perfect alternative to the ruling All Progressives Congress APC at both the State and National level. The State Party Chairman stated this in an interview with journalists in Abakaliki.

According to him, other political parties in the country are facing both internal and external crises, but the DLA is not only new, but her manifesto speaks directly to the needs of the people and has positioned it’s self as a perfect political party to win elections in 2027.

Calling on Ebonyians and those wishing to contest political positions in 2027 to come early and register with the party, the DLA State Chairman emphasised that the party’s manifesto was well crafted to give hope to Nigerians, retore leadership confidence and strength the nation’s economy.

“The manifesto of our party, the Democratic Leadership Alliance DLA which I am the State party Chairman speaks to the needs of our people and that why we are calling on all Ebonyians and the entire Nigerian citizens to come and register with DLA to enable us kick out bad leadership in Nigeria and in our various states, senatorial zones and constituencies.

Our membership registration is still ongoing and we shall soon hold our ward, Local Government, State congresses and national convention to elect substantive leaders of the party who will implement the strategies already put in place to win all elections in 2027.

“For the records, we have four manifestos. First is Leadership Advocacy & Emancipation: Leadership is a sacred duty. We commit to building competent, ethical, and people-oriented leaders through leadership training, accountability structures, and political emancipation.​

” The second is Justice Advocacy & Institutional Reform: Justice is non-negotiable. We fight for a reformed justice system that upholds human rights, rule of law, and fairness; protecting the vulnerable and strengthening democracy.

“The third is Economic Advancement for All Nigerians: We believe Nigeria belongs to every Nigerian. We will drive equitable wealth distribution, youth employment, agribusiness, local industry, energy independence, and infrastructure expansion.

“The last point is Innovation-Led Science Economy Reform: Nigeria’s future lies in knowledge and innovation. We will invest in research, digital technology, education, AI, and green energy, transforming Nigeria into greatness.
